About Us
Ware Preston - Managing Director
Ware has worked in the insurance business since 1976 with Marsh &
McLennan Companies, Minet, Tillinghast, and Johnson & Higgins. He
has helped organizations consider alternative approaches to financing
risk and negotiating and servicing insurance programs. Ware graduated
from Princeton University in 1976 with a Bachelors of Science and
Engineering Degree. He has written articles for Best’s Review,
Viewpoint, and Financing Risk & Reinsurance.

Bruce B. Thomas - Managing Director
Bruce has worked in the insurance business since 1985 and has worked
for Conning Research & Consulting, Marsh & McLennan Companies,
Travelers, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Coopers & Lybrand. He
holds a BA degree in English Literature and an MS degree in
Accounting from Pace University. His articles have appeared in Best’s
Review, Risk Management, Viewpoint, Strategic Finance, and
Financing Risk & Reinsurance.
